It's just a bank. The only reason I went here was it was the nearest cash point. Two outside cashpoints and they both worked. Well done Natwest for having two working cash machines next to me when I felt the need for cash.

Staff are really rude and unhelpful. My mom went in on one day then when she went in the following day she was told by the woman that served her the previous day that she had never seen her before! Do their staff really have such major short term memory loss when it comes to their customers? My parents have been with NatWest for over 50 years but the way they are treated it's like they have never been a customer even though they have used this branch for years. If you need help from them they treat you like you have just crawled out from under a stone, they have no compassion whatsoever

This is the second time I have been into the Nat West Lichfield, both times during lunchtime and there's only one person working the counter which is ridiculous. I am in queue of seven people. I won't be using this branch again in a hurry.

Absolutely disgusting treatment of my elderly mom today, a long term account holder. Being given the third degree over a withdrawal of her own money and intentions with it then being treated as a pariah because she wanted to count it safely inside the branch instead of in full view on the street. I've managed customer relations in retail, the attitude of the branch staff needs a serious internal review.

Too few staff. The few that are working spend more time chatting than doing work. The hours they are open means it's only a part time job for the staff.

Today, Tuesday 11 October 2022, is the second day running when it has been closed for the day. Simply a typed notice on the door saying this is due to "unforseen circumstances". No real explanation as to why it is still closed and no indication as to when it will be open. Even when open there are insufficient staff.

The Bank that is never open!!! Excuse after excuse!! And when it is the staff are rude! 40 years with NatWest may consider going elsewhere! And opens on a Saturday.

Had to pop in and get some money withdrawn and help with an account I have just opened. Rosemary was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Best service I’ve received from bank staff
