Cynergy Bank

My family has been customers with the Bank since 1970s.
We have loans and current accounts with them, however they have commited fraud, overcharged interest on loans illegally, and are doing the bare minimum redress there customers.
If you have had a loan with the Bank from 2005 onwards, ask them for a review of your accounts.
They have stolen over 200k from our family, charged us valuations, then t refused finance,
THEY ARE SIMPLY UNPROFFESINAL, AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMERS

A small bank where the working conditions are questionable against the modern slavery act.

Sent a transfer over two weeks ago. It is still not in my account.
I have been asked for papers I cannot provide as well as answering lists of questions.
I have done everything to help them. Still they do not answer and keep saying wait another 48 hours.
The customer service is dreadful and promised callbacks are never made.
They are incompetent and keep no records. I have been treated with rudeness and incompetence.
I have banked with them for years and they just get worse.

I have been trying to cancel my account with them for 5 months now. Firstly I have called them in December 2019 to ask for the cancelation but they asked me to message them with my request through my online banking. I did that three times now and although they said "we will proceed with it", no action was taken yet.

Also their online banking log in procedure is not user friendly at all.

if you forget your online password they will not help you , unless you get hernia worst experince so far...

Used by shpock scam people

I have been banking with them for a few years and find them straightforward and easy. The only complaint is that if you change your mobile I have to spend a long time on the phone to get the authenticator working.
