Very nice staff, but every time I go in some staff form a " barricade " to stop you in your tracks. Because they want to show you how to use the paying in machine instead of going to the counter. I know how to use them but choose not to on occasion. It is an extremely irritating practice. Walking in front of you, sometimes three abreast, should be stopped.

There's never anyone there! No cashiers, no nothing. Could seriously use more staff. I am guessing they are not that hard up that they can't afford to pay for one or two more people!

The implementation manager is a class bloke, gotta love it! 5/5.

Pretty much every time I come even if there’s like 2 people in front of me in the queue. The service is so Slow! There are 3 cashiers desks, but I’ve never seen more than 2. And sometimes 1 person even with a massive queue. The customer service is so poor you’d think a bank as big as this could afford more staff when they closed the cashiers desks in Beckenham years ago.

Staff are rude and slow. Always reminds me of that one sloth scene in Zootopia 🤦🏻‍♀️ Lines are always long for no reason. Moved my account to Barclays as this is a waste of my time.

Desk staff soooooo rude, and the worst one old blonde lady I dunno if still is there… thanks god I change bank 😁

Counter staff are very unhelpful at this branch. They've forgotten customer care .
