the most unhelpful customer services team, cant even get bank statements for the tax year to do tax returns, have held 2 times in excess of 20 minutes to speak to them and then they say they will change things so can download the statements, nothing happens! Just 7 days left to get a tax return in and they just dont care!

Nice branch staff are always happy to help. Branch does not open till 10am on Wednesdays. Google currently says 9.30am.

It's wonderful to actually have a real branch to go into when you need help. My local is great. I needed some help with some documents and they did it all for me. This branch has disabled access, ATMs inside and out, machines to cash in your change, and a help desk just in case you don't know what you need. If you bank with NatWest you won't be disappointed.

NatWest as an organisation is great. This bank is great too when open. But it's closed Saturday AND Sunday! Useless!

Rude and unhelpful staff, especially the woman at the window. Staff constantly trying to pressure customers to use online banking when they don't want to. Staff attitudes need sorting out, especially when their jobs are being cut because of online banking. I wonder why? A dysfunctional online system is still more pleasant to deal with than these employees!

Closed on a Saturday really helpful as some normal working people only have a Saturday to get finances sorted out.
