NatWest

My local branch has closed. I have to travel 10 miles to this branch. Terrible service, long queues and broken machines.

Useless. And I thought Lloyds in Headington was bad!! Pay a cheque into their deposit box and it goes into their "Dayta" system, where it takes a day ta move it from the deposit box to the desk, then another day ta move it nearer the computer, then another day ta input the details into said computer, then another day ta finish the process of entering the information. And I always thought the delay came from the clearing system....

They have closed my account with no reason on the 4th of May 2020 and still have my money

Rude. Callousness towards Puppy, no remorse when it cried outside. Rather upset and annoyed at this. Been with natwest for 20years and this is my first complaint. She was horrible.

Website and information on door states open 10-3, but door locked on arrival at 11.
