I travel from Hucknall to this bank so helpful nothing is too much trouble six stars really

Had an appointment here instead of our usual Hucknall branch and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Very imformative and constructive appointment which answered all our questions thoroughly.

Always a great bank and very helpful staff.

Some members of staff pleasant and helpful, some offish and not especially pleasant. Also, I object to being referred to as “mate”!

We have been banking here for over 40yrs and the staff may have changed but the great service is still there. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.
