The whole customer experience from online banking to powerless advisors and rude arrogant members of their fraud team is horrendous! car park at heartsease a joke and dangerous someone will get killed there one day, I will soon be changing my bank, getting cut off in mid sentence with help desks and my 88 year old mothers account.because she couldn't remember her gas bill it is still suspended and nobody ay LLoyds seems to have the power to unsuspend it, how do you pay for food etc!!!!!! starve.

Always full of customer with only 1 till open when the bank has 5 or 6.. Seems a funny way to run.. Although they do have a useless paying in machine that just seems to reject anything thats put in it. Very helpful member of staff working the floor but i can help but think they would be more uses behind a till.

I thought Lloyds in Acle was bad, but Heartsease takes the biscuit. 5 tills and usually only one open. Always a long queue and demoralised staff. The car park is a joke. Now I hear that they are closing the Acle branch, so now there's even more pressure on this branch. Come on Lloyds it's about time you actually did something for your customers rather than taking money off us with your numerous bank charges.

6 tills - only ever 1 staff member....queued out the door....as always. Shocking service from the bloke standing about...when asked if they can get another person on the till "no...I'm not allowed...the other staff member is of sick"..... well thanks for being polite or making any effort to rectify the problem staring him right in the face.

Always a minimum of a 20 min queue. I have been using this branch on and off for several years and have only ever seen one cashier working at a time. Car park not fit for purpose. Have had to use a different branch on occasions as the staff have not been able to help me with my transaction.

I went into my local branch of Lloyds heartseas yesterday to report my lost debit card. The staff were excellent very polite man on the front door. And to 2 ladies on the counter helped me access my account so I could draw some cash . Well done to all. Shirley.

Lorna and Kate were really friendly and helpful with my enquires about mortgages and savings accounts. Another young man was too but I didn't get his name (You answered my questions about interest on my accounts). Thanks all. Keep up the good work in these difficult times.

I can give this branch 4 stars as I no longer have to go in . So they've succeeded in what they wanted to do by driving people to online banking. The loans and mortgages are v good .
