I have had my passport and my university work contract clearly stating my address in hand, and they would not open me a bank account. TSB didn't have any trouble doing so, so here's why I rate these fellas one star.

I needed to withdraw £2000 and the amount isn't available and I should go to the city centre branch!!! I can't imagine why they didn't have it, what I asked for was £2000 not £2 millions!!!!
