Clydesdale Bank

A few years ago Clydesdale got voted the slowest bank to serve customers. This branch is the reason.

Declared my bank card lost 8 days ago still waiting for a new one plus they sent me two different pin numbers!!

Very pleasant staff at Kirkintilloch branch .I Had a concern on 1/7/19 mentioned this to assistant she immediately passed me to her colleague who showed me to a room where she contacted the call centre in private. Problem solved. Thankyou. From a very happy customer 😁

Got served in Kirkintilloch branch 2 wks ago did not like to attitude of the woman normally the girls are very friendly and helpful

Staff excellent and try to manage queues effectively happy to be a customer of this bank for over 40 years

Now Virgin Money. Rear entrance for wheelchair and prams.

Opening times have changed 10am-2 pm mon-fri
