I went into the branch in Alexandria all the staff were very kind and helpful. Very pleased with the level of customer service in comparison to RBS definitely made the better choice in changing accounts.

After being a victim of fraud, i went into branch to hope they could help. well i couldnt have been more wrong. The service and attitude was a disgrace. I did make a complaint about the lady who usually just likes to hold ipad so maybe i was too much work for her. But the manager said sorry and used covid as an excuse which is really starting to annoy me as im an nhs worker. I told her how we would never use that excuse and do they think nhs workers are not stressed, but we would never take it out on the public!!she agreed then backtracked. Although i got my money refunded i got a letter yesterday sayin they were taking it back! So they believe that i ordered 2 mobiles although the pickup address was in essex!
So doesnt give me any faith in this bank ive been with for over 30 years. Ive since got the police involved. And so did the man in which the company was obviously hacked. Hes not happy as the bank sent me a printout of his personal details. And he is contacting police aswell.
Also i never recieved any txt or call to ask if this transaction was me, i no they do this in other banks. Beware of fraud folks esp in this covid period and dont expect your bank to be helpful or even just empathtic. very dissapointed.

Quick painless and easy. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and polite . What can I tell you it's a bank.

I am pleased that this branch is still open all be it on reduced days. It is well used by the local community and I've always found the staff friendly and helpful.
