Shocking customer service and unprofessional mannerism and attitude from the branch manager 24 th and 25 th October . Turned away twice without any help whatsoever in an extremely serious matter which has now escalated to a full complaint and investigation

Helpful staff. But just a typical RBS branch.

The guys are nice but there is one woman here that never smiles and clearly dislikes her job and she lets you know about it by being awkward.

Very kind and welcoming staff within Dumbarton branch , Personal banker Mandeep couldn’t be anymore friendly helping with all my bank issues and helping each customer to the best of his ability with problems and being patient and compassionate with every situation.

Tried calling the given number was put through to a call centre and the operator hung up! Waited 10 minutes with an automated call was going to open an account will now go elsewhere terrible service
