Most relaxed staff in the world, no urgency on any matter in here. And thats when you manage to find it open. Only open for a few hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Not the way for a bank to operate.

Supposed to be open til 3 on a tuesday. Finished early from work to catch the bank and branch is closed at 2:45! Livid is not even the word. Why bother opening at all 10 til 2:30! Who is supposed to use that branch? Certainly not people who work!

Always a queue . But probably because not open all week. Only needed to go in a few times. When served they spend time with each customer (which is great when served but not when in queue) patience is key and very glad they are there. , even with shortened days.

Totally unhelpful, was up there today regards currency, whether I needed to order it etc, only 2 staff long waiting time, and totally abrupt staff, should never have closed the other branches. Used to use carluke until it was closed staff were so friendly, as is strathaven staff. But won't be back to lesmahagow one
