Have a phone number but nobody to answer it. Can't talk to a person all automated.

Phone is never answered. Why have it in the first place? As usual with the banks and TSB in particular, they're quick to charge you fees but then don't provide the proper services. Little wonder we moved our mortgage.

Would have given 5*'s but with the reduced opening hours have ment busier to the point of reduced customer service levels
