The Sunday lunch was just OK. The beef was nice and rare but they had no horseradish, the gravy was thin with very little taste!
The cauli cheese was just cauliflower in a wet roux that again lacked flavour. Service was a bit chaotic despite attempts of barman in charge to try and fix it.

Really tasty food. Such great steak has such reasonable prices. I loved it here! I forgot to take a picture of my steak because I ate it so quickly!

It was okay! We ate on 23rd September as a table of 4, drinks were excellent, but service was rather hit and miss.

The burgers were overcooked, dry and tasteless and the Steak did not come with the triple cooked beef dripping chips as advertised - just McDonalds like fries that were more than underwhelming.

No check back received at all - either with the Starters or Main meals. We had to repeatedly ask for additional drinks and waited 25+ Minutes to receive the bill.

Being the only ones in the restaurant at the time we could repeatedly hear the chef shouting 'service', only for team members to be more interested in having a chat whilst sat down. On more than 1 occasion the barman had to get someone to collect our food.

Whilst the quality of all drinks was great, the overall service and quality of the meals was really disappointing. Furthermore, menus outside the restaurant and in Premier Inn rooms are inaccurate, with wrong pricing and different menu items - I was told this was because the menu had just changed but to have an old menu in the display board prior to entering the restaurant is not acceptable.

Went to B&B Steakhouse with some friends in the evening. During happy hour, I ordered 2 Espresso Martini cocktails which were lovely & 2-4-1. Starter of Asian crispy beef, mains of cheeseburger with chips & dessert, mini cake & coffee. Great food -& super service from Emre.

It was a special occasion and me and my family arrived at the restaurant and were greeted warmly. But unfortunately that’s where the good service started and ended.
The restaurant was not very busy at all, maybe one other table seated when we ordered. We had two small children with us and waited an hour for our food. The adult mains were ok but the kids vegetable starters were dry and shrivelled, their burgers were over cooked and so dry they couldn’t chew them properly. We would’ve complained but there were no staff to be seen!
One member of staff was in what can only be described as pyjamas (slippers) on a laptop in the corner. The other that greeted us was in tracksuit bottoms and an old t-shirt, we never saw him again after being seated. And the one woman working was stood behind the bar conversing with a customer for a very long time. I had to walk across a very empty restaurant to ask her to clear the table. Safe to say we didn’t order dessert as the children were very impatient by this time. When asking for the bill were told “sorry I’m on my own”. Customer service was diabolical. Food, below average.

We are there early on a Saturday evening for dinner. It wasn't very busy when we arrived which makes the poor service even more inexcusable. Our order was taken quickly enough but then the drinks didn't appear for a long time. We could also see the kitchen, with meals waiting to be taken to tables for too long. The steaks were good (possibly slightly over cooked) but didn't look impressive on the large plates. There are better steak restaurants in the area.

Decent steak that’s good value for money. Service is slow considering there aren’t very many people in the restaurant and our bill took forever! Red wine sauce was tasty. Chips were hard despite being cooked more than once.

Breakfast isn’t their strong suit. We stayed at the Premier Inn hotel. You have to purchase your breakfast from the hotel before eating. You can get a full breakfast for 10.50 or continental for 8.50. Once we went over they told us they didn’t have any coffee. Ugh! I consider that a staple for breakfast but they had not told the hotel. The food was average and overpriced . If you just want the continental, I suggest walking to Sainsbury. We have not eaten dinner . This breakfast has not deterred me from trying dinner at some point. Just go look at their food before you pay at the hotel.
