A really friendly and professional team. The treatment rooms which are down stairs are beautifully decorated and laid out. Very relaxing and comfortable rooms to treat yourself. You can enjoy manicures, pedicures, facials, massage, eye brows, eye lashes, waxing and tanning. You will love this place, smells good too.

The Beauty Rooms has the most welcoming and friendliest staff in town.
Everybody goes out of their way to look after you.
The quality of the work is just excellent and never pushy. You are indulged with refreshments and lovely conversations too.
As a loyal customer I am delighted to have found a place where I can just relax with a nice cup of tea,have excellent work done with a lovely chat thrown in.

Using the crystal clear machine, it felt comfortable but satisfying knowing my skin was getting a good exfoliation and deep clean. The oxygen at the end felt lovely and cooling, as well as the lavender mask.

Full facial included cleanse, tone, crystal exfoliation, mask, neck massage and moisturising finishing products.

Over all 10/10 for everything, will definitely be returning. Thank you Beauty Rooms 🙏🏼

One of the worst waxing experiences, would not recommend at all. The lady made no effort to ask my name, let alone offer hers and only really talked to me once about halfway through the session. She did not ask about what I wanted and the only reason it didn't turn out completely horrendously was because I stopped her. Compared to all other waxing experiences I've had, she was rather aggressive with the waxing, blaming me for the pain despite her repeatedly not leaving the wax to set for long enough and repeatedly waxing the same area numerous times. I contemplated several times just leaving the session half way through because it was such an unpleasant atmosphere. There were also no pre-session forms even though it was my first time there, making it feel even less professional. Finally, the whole process took 5-10 minutes for a process that should take nearer to half an hour. Will not be returning.

I had a wonderful waxing experience with Davinda today. these experiences are usually very uncomfortable but she made me feel really comfortable, as painless as possible and so quick!! thank you very much 😊
