I decided to treat myself to the Cryo Contour as a birthday treat, and wow I was definitely pampered by Patricia plus, she gave me so much advice about the condition of my skin when I arrived. And how glowing my skin were afterwards. It is definitely worth treating yourself to this either on a special occasion or as a monthly treat for your skin. It's definitely motivated me to used the tools I already have at home. Would definitely go back!

I booked in my friend Aneta for a facial as a gift for her birthday last January. I had selected the 50£ one and even talked to them on the phone! When she went to Selfridges, after her facial, she got charged 80£.. scammers!!

I was given the signature sculpt by Sandra. It was so lovely. Sandra is amazing! It was as if she was an old friend of mine! She was so kind & so informative with everything. I loved my facial. Sandra made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be going back to her. If you book - book with Sandra! She’s amazing ☺️

Abysmal service: it's taken over four months for Facegym to return my money despite having clear evidence they did not provide the service I booked and paid for. Despite constant reassurance that someone "would be in touch," no one did, and I had to chase continuously.

Key message - check the time on your receipt to ensure it corresponds with the service you pay for.

I had a session with Albana and she was amazing. Very kind, professional and wonderful service. She does your brand proud.

Very bad experience. Check the photos I added. During the session the tool with electrical current that she used hurt my teeth so much even after a day they were still sensitive and also there are red dots all over my face which is scary. Dont even deserve 1 star. I paid them to get a nice treatment but who will pay for the skin damage I have now??

Edit: It has been almost a year and I am still dealing with problems this place caused on my skin. I keep having painful spots exact same places and now due to covid cannot even see a doctor. I regret letting them touch my face!

Can’t say I feel any long term effects from having the clean + lift treatment, but it’s definitely an experience worth having. My skin felt very glowy and stretched the day after. They have applied products on my skin and used tools that I’d never considered before, so 100% different from other face treatments or even body ones. I see it as a nice one off pamper yourself kind of deal.
