Terrible customer service. I have been to many salons in central London but first time I experienced such bad service. No matter what they reply to this review I am a verified customer there and propose that you find another salon.

I was in town and needed a fill! I don’t remember her name. She had a daughter and was the owner I believe! She was AMAZING!!! It has been almost two weeks and I don’t think I have lost more than a lash or two! I live in the USA. But I wish I had this lady in the USA! She did a great job and I STILL FEEL FANTASTIC!!!

Amazing treatment and the service also really satisfying. The gel polish also make my nails become so pretty. Love the various options of colours that they provide and the service itself. Will come back to them for sure to do another manicure and pedicure.

I have been getting my eyelashes done here for many years now... I would not trust anyone else with them! The results are amazing and the lashes last for up to 2 months sometimes - absolutely love it

Found Queen Lashes of London on Wowcher a few years ago and I’ve been returning ever since!!! Monique is an absolute gem 💎 and always does such an amazing job with my lashes! Her glue doesn’t irritate my eyes even as a hay fever sufferer and my lashes always last at least 6 weeks +!! Highly recommended and cannot rave enough about her services!! 🤩

Monique is wonderful, simply the best eyelash designer! She is professional and attentive, and within an hour you end up with beautiful naturally looking eyelashes. Impeccable service!

Was not able to attend appointment as tested positive for Covid. Hoped the salon would have some empathy as it was completely out of my hands but offered 3 other times to rebook which was still during my isolation period when I explained that I was not able to make them I was refused any refund. The salon has financially benefitted from my illness as they were able to save money in materials for my appointment. I would be empathetic towards a late fee for hourly wage and cost of rent but to refuse even a partial refund is very greedy. I did the responsible thing by testing before my appointment to make sure that I did not expose anyone to Covid and am being charged 120 for lashes I did not receive! The salon’s policy’s are outdated to deal with the Covid-19 illness and need to be updated.
