I went to do my eyebrows today but unfortunately the owner and the therapist both were unprofessional, rude and full of attitude.
The owner (Gujrati) lady has no manners zero knowledge of customer services with a bad temperament, I really feel bad for the workers working under her. I would definitely ask my family and friends to stop using their services.

I went to get a nose piercing and they used and EARRING piercing in my nose instead of a nose stud. We ended up in A&E for about 5 hours and the doctor couldn’t get it out. We phoned to say this and the owner swore at us and they acted unprofessionally and rude and i’m absolutely gobsmacked by the service. i contacted Newham council in regard to this businesses negligence to their customers.

Burnt my face and did not apologise or refund, instead asked me to send a picture on whatsapp to their managers number? Ridiculous and unprofessional. Consistent bad service. Went there many times to give them a fair chance before I decided to never go back again.

They don’t seem to know what a fringe is which means they don’t understand how to style or trim a fringe. Before they offer hairstyling services, they should get people that are properly trained. Poor service.

Absolutely atrocious service. The staff are so rude and unprofessional, they gave attitude too. If you don’t like where you work tell management. Oh yes when it comes to management Neelam the owner was no better, doesn’t listen to what the issue was and couldn’t care less attitude, not a way to run a business or lead by example! All they are interested in is making money and not caring about customers! Save your money and go elsewhere bring the original Tamanna’s back. Reading other reviews to NEELAM’s needs to be shut down permanently. Report this to health and safety, Newham council and local councillor too. This place is a health hazard and should not be open for business

Jagshrti ( I hope I’ve spelt her name right) been coming to Neelams for 11 months now she is amazing I recommend everyone to get there waving done by her. She is so welcoming and nice and does the job to a great standard and asks you to double check if there is any other bits to go over. She takes her time and doesn’t rush and keeps the conversation i flowing she’s a lovely girl and I can’t say anything wrong about her craft she is definitely good at her job. Will be coming back and will be recommending her to others.

I booked an appointment and when i went Neelum said your appointment was half an hour early which was a pure lie... we all make mistakes she should have just accept her mistake n give the next available appointment, but no she start blaming me for that. I was a regular clinet n spend thousands of pounds there but no more....
