I would like to praise the pharmacy and the assistant who helped me sort out some "emergency medication" for my mother. I was frantic because there was a Bank Holiday the next day and I had miscalculated how many tablets she had left. They very kindly supplied a week's worth of a certain tablet to see us through. Extremely good customer service and helpful.

A shame that Boots have outsourced their photo services to another company, and as there are very few staff now in the Maidstone store, help and support for people , particularly some older customers seems very sparse. One lady there today asked 6 people to help her and said she'd been trying to work out what she needed to do for over an hour. Nobody knew what to do as they "didn't work on that area". Eventually another customer and myself helped a little where we could, and eventually a helpful assistant arrived, however all 3 of us as "older" customers said we'd probably not use the service again. Boots....you need to keep customers like us , not reduce the service and staff by outsourcing it and effectively sticking 4 booths in the middle of a store with no assistance/help nearby !!

I'm only speaking about the prescription counter here. The staff were so friendly and efficient it was a pleasure compared to recent visits to my Lloyds pharmacy. The staff went that extra mile to help, explain my medication, and even checked my blood pressure. Couldn't fault anything

This store has a really negative feel to it, I witnessed who I can only assume is a manager shouting at staff and clearly making people upset. There are two boots in Maidstone, I think I will visit the other from now on. Something needs to be done about this manager as this wasn't the first time I have seen this.

This boots shop has extensive range of health and beauty products from range of leading brands, fragrances for everyone involved and for special occasions additionally there is much more on at Boots.com. The lay out is alright and there is a lot going on however they are categorised efficiently.

The pharmacy/medicine section improved too much, it was easier and friendly to get an advice about something regarding my little daughter. Mr Mathew is very professional and helpful. I didn’t feel any stresses. Thank you for today’s visit.

Excellent advice and service today from Ben at the No. 7 counter. Highly recommend speaking to him as he knows the products really well. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Just a store full of staff who don't know if anything is in stock, just look and if you can't see then they don't have it. The manager is absolutely beyond rude, told me to "go away" when I questioned a price that was online but different in-store. Was so angry and embarrassed, she was patronizing and totally disrespectful which was uncalled for when I literally hadn't been rude in any way. Won't shop in this store ever again.
