Unbelievably rude "service" by an Indian woman behind the till. She was rude to a gentleman in front of me who wanted advice, then was rude and abrupt with me (I had been waiting patiently), just snapped at me "Next!", and was very discourteous despite me being courteous to her. She didn't say anything, no please, thankyou, didn't even speak to tell me how much my items came to. Disgusting. Staff need better training in basic manners

The tills and queues here always seem to be diabolical, and they can’t keep up with correct pricing on the shelves. I went to purchase something that was discounted on the shelf, but cost more at the till. The male assistant didn’t seem to bother or pay attention to this after I had paid, so had to ask someone else to sort it. Apparently the offer expired over a month ago, but no one had removed the labels. I also then asked for my student discount to be re-applied to my advantage card, and the women just spun me a massive LIE that I would receive an email about this. She didn’t even bother to apologise for all this hassle due to their mistake. Instead I went to the other boots in Putney and they applied my discount straight away without me having to buy anything. In summary, the staff here are incredibly rude.

Honestly every time I come to this branch the staff are either totally unable to answer my queries, tell me to go ask their colleague or are just rude. All I ever ask is where something is stocked in the store and I haven’t got an answer or help ever. Looking things up on the system, doesn’t exist apparently..

My last visit was so upsetting, i went in to collect my repeat prescription of contraceptives and was asked by the pharmacist whether i normally pay for these and i said no because they are contraceptives and her response was “well you should” 😳 i could not believe my ears. She then said it was ok and gave me the prescription free of charge, contradicting herself, and did not apologise either.

I have noticed there is a lack of consistency between pharmacists. One says one thing, and the other says another, contradicting themselves. I came to the same boots in May to collect the same prescription and was told i do not need to pay as its contraception. Get a grip. I honestly am starting to believe this is a tactic to intimidate someone into paying, when other sources say prescribed contraception is free. Feel sorry for anyone that falls into their trap of paying for prescribed contraceptions.

I then bought some things from boots and the cashier, an indian woman, her name started with an “N”, did not greet me, i politely asked for a bag once and was ignored so had to ask a second time. She then gave me the bag and did not help me bag the items i had bought. It was very apparent she did not want to be there.

Cancelled my flu jab appointment on the day of the appointment (22/10) provide no reason for cancellation. Currently waiting for refund but will look to book a new appointment elsewhere once I receive the refund

Store manager, Gemma, was very helpful in making sure I got the best offers and showed me how to use the Advantage Card. She was also very kind towards an elderly customer. Great service

Reasonably sized store, well stocked and maintained. Oddly, this branch in the literal and physical meaning only has ONE till ! Leading to long queues.
