Boots

This is a reasonable Boots store. It doesn't stock every option for items but you can certainly pick up a range of items. The staff are pleasant and helpful and it is located on the main street through the town so easily accessible from the main car parks and the retail park/Tesco nearby.

The pharmacy team and store team are both brilliant and provide excellent customer service. Every member of staff is helpful and welcoming. Thank you for looking after my family’s prescriptions 🌟

Just tried to pick up a prescription at 1pm to be told they would be unable to provide this as the Pharmacist was on their lunch break.

Pathetic - Boots is hardly a small independent and I'd expect them to provide adequate cover for these situations and to understand the importance of being able to pick up medication in a predictable and timely manner.

It's worth noting that this hour break in service is not mentioned on Boots Havant store website. Pharmacy opening hours are stated as 09:30 - 17:30.

I needed a decent 1st aid kit and they had one. Plus the staff there are always nice, especially the one on the pharmacy counter.

Poor customer service, staff should be fully trained before being allowed to serve customers.

Most miserable, rude staff in this place....especially those in the pharmacy section....felt like a child the way they spoke to me....disgusting customer service

Ask staff bout a blood pressure machine, was informed after she had a break look that they are usually here so that means we don't have any. We said ok went round the next corner and there were quite a few on the shelf

Excellent service from the pharmacist Sylwia, who help me with my condition... Gave me much needed antibiotics under a service she's able to offer...
