I am a member of Boot's contact lenses rewards scheme meaning I pay them every month for contact lenses. This store will never answer the phone so if you have an urgent issue with your contact lenses, like I have (urgently need to order some spare lenses as my regular order did not arrive and you can only order these via the store), then you will have to do without. Boots are happy to take your money every month and not deliver on the service they have promised. For years I have been a customer and they never answer the phone, resulting in me not getting what I need. I have also just found out that my solution was never added to my order as requested two months ago so will also need to go without that. This is last time I bother with Boots Opticians - avoid them at all costs if you want to be able to sort things out over the phone with them.

Friendly staff ,I use the very handy photo development pods on top floor for istant photos.They have a large range of baby products in-store too.

I have monthly prescriptions from Boots They get from doctor, make them up,then txt when ready to collect.For last 3 MTHS I have had no contact from them, and even when I went in because I had run out they were not ready.

The pharmacy is a shambles, prescriptions are always late or forgotten and they never pick up the phone when you try to get in contact. Horrendous service

Pharmacy Very poor service. Waited over 35 mins for Flu Jab appointment and they couldn't even apologise for the wait .

My wife had an appointment for a hearing test. After 3 cancelled appointments from Boots in King's we went to Norwich. Excellent service. The audiologist she saw was fantastic. Didn't try to push the sale and explained everything very clearly and precisely. Made my wife and I feel very comfortable.
