Boots

Usually this boots is good with good service. Unfortunately they have changed their opening times without updating online. I needed to get my prescription and rely on the opening times they provide, sudden changes isn’t great and especially when it’s a continued medication and I can’t get it anywhere until they are open.

Spent fully 15minutes behind one very slow customer and cashier, finally a second cashier opens a till and...waves over the people at the *back* of the queue. 🙄 Always seems to be like this in here, please get some self-service scanners - most of your customers are more competent cashiers than those apparently trained behind the till.

Very good store. This branch has been there years and you can see why. The staff are very helpful stock levels are brilliant and if you can't find an item the staff help you locate it. A little bit of wasted space here but every store seems to have this.

A lovely boots store and we are lucky to have in New Malden. It's very clean, staff are extremely helpful, polite and cheerful. Very welcoming. Makes a huge difference to shopping.

Horrible experience in store today. The staff at the prescription till were busy gossiping and distracted with their phones. I had to wait two hours for service, shocking!

Even the shop is small you can find easily what you need the most and the staff is really helpful.

Boots the retail shop is great for general shopping but I wouldn't recommend the pharmacy to get you perscriptions filled. My prescription was with them for two weeks, waiting for one item on order. Went to collect my perscription and had to wait 45 minutes for it to be made up. While I waited four other people asked for their perscription only to be informed they would need to come back as their pills had to be ordered and boots were expecting a delivery that day. Going to have my future perscriptions sent to a different chemist.

Disgusting service by the pharmacy technician Beata! No greetings no welcome, just a sour face and ask with a very patronising tone, why do I want to speak to the pharmacist ?

Telling me to come back, despite it’s just for one item and there is no queue.

Extremely bad service !
