Bit ridiculous that the chemist part of this CHEMIST! doesn't open until
9.30 am....wasted journey, mum had to wait for meds and I didn't see
this on the website anywhere? 8.30 would be more appropriate, considering doctors' opening times....mark my words, Boots will go under

The pharmacy doesn't open till 930am, not stated on the opening hours anywhere, so a wasted journey. This is no good for anyone that works. 830am would be far more appropriate.

I visited the store on 1st September and enquired if they sold basic shoe cleaning products. An older member of staff was called and she was extremely rude and offensive. She shouted out very loudly that they are CHEMIST not a general store. Point taken but she could have been more professional.Other customers were digusted by her behaviour to me. I left the store extremely embarrassed and upset. I have tried to contact the store manager but the phones rings out. What ever happened to customer care and service. I might be seventy but I'm not deaf and nobody deserves to be spoken to like I was.

went to the Boots looking for some new skincare products. The girl working the No7 counter was so helpful. She listened to my needs and concerns as I have sensitive skin and made a few suggestions as well as talking me through how it works. Genuinely went in only to browse and get some info but the girl was so helpful I ended up purchasing some products. Have been using for a week now and so far my skin is really liking them. Thankyou for your help and I will be back for more
