Vicky on the Estee Lauder counter in boots was so helpful as we had popped in for me to get a foundation sample in Cheltenham. I wish all advisors were as happy and helpful as her. She stands out so I had to write a review.

This visit I found 2 of the 5 things I wanted, on my last visit I found only 1 in stock. The 3 things that weren't available yesterday were either not in stock, or are not stocked at this store - they're only available in town. I haven't shopped in Cheltenham for at least 5 years, so I'll have to order it online as I can't face the hassle of going into town anymore. If what I want isn't available in Gallagher, then online it must be.

Missy at the No.7 make up counter was really helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She helped me find eye shadow for my Halloween makeup and showed me how to use it.

Went to buy my usual No7 foundation only to be told by the No 7 rep that the colour had been discontinued and they no longer did anything in that shade? She made no attempt to suggest anything else or even try to help or sell me anything else.

Lovely size boots. Plenty to offer. All ground level so easy for access for mobile issues visitors.

I only have experience with the pharmacy really. Sometimes they are really nice, friendly and fast. Other times there are staff in that are completely dishevelled, don't have a clue what's going on and just lie to the customers that they don't have their prescription because they just have the time to complete it. It causes lots of hassle. Although, I have to say in the last 4 months or so, they have obviously recognised their failings and I can see they are trying to do better.
