Badly managed pharmacy. Need to visit several times to collect prescriptions due to poor service. Locals have to use this as no alternative pharmacy nearby (otherwise it would not survive).

Friendly, helpful staff! Small store so order online and collect at the store, easy.

Condescending attitude of staff. Complete ignorance shown when told to come back in an hour and a half, even when I explained I lived 7 miles away! She told me I could take it to a nearer chemist but I again explained that was my nearest, 7 miles away and she simply did not care.

After calling back mid afternoon to ask if anyone lived in my village as I could not get back to the store today, a nice person called Amy, said she would drop the prescription off for me in the evening, as a one off. Thank heavens for one kind member of staff and thank you Amy!

Small store, often has limited staff overworked and under pressure, but provides a very useful service to the community, with friendly staff always happy to help and provide advice.

Good all round service

Once you've visited one Boots, you've visited all. It's a small one in Settle. Only pharmacist in town! Staff very nice, working hard. Can speak to pharmacist privately if needed. Got flu jab there in private room. All explained clearly. Can order to store and pickup. Closing at 4 at the moment due to staff shortages.

Very poor times to pick up a prescription they keep closing to do paperwork it's very hard to pick up your tablets which is probably causing some health risks to patients

Poor service everytime I go in for clients prescriptions there is a long queue. No personal customer service. Opening hours are poor
