Loved this branch of Boots. Great sale selection for Christmas. Lots of available parking and open until 8pm.

I always think this shop is dated, the make up is always low on stock and no testers. Clearly people break open the new stuff to try it out and then nothing sealed left for some brands.
Pharmcy is always really busy and feel so sorry for the staff who are always pleasant despite being over worked.
Nice polite man on the till today, however normally a bunch of miserable people on there.

The service was good. My prescription was sent there from NHS 111. They must be the main pharmacy that are responsible for those prescriptions, there was a big queue. They were very efficient.

Bought a few extra Christmas presents successfully and also covonia linctus and cough drops loved the browse and quick service at till..x

The pharmacy has improved. I just wish waiting times were less and medication orders came in quicker.

Shop is well layer out in respect to products, prices by comparison are on par with others. Shop assistants are v. friendly and helpful making shopping experience pleasant.

The pharmacy section is a disgrace waited 50 minutes to be told to wait another half hour to collect my sons medicine, no apology for the wait but attitude process needs to change as it’s always a shambles!
