Couldn't get a prescription today, they left some trainee in charge who had no clue what she was doing and zero customer service skills, while the only person who could help was 'out'.

No apology for wasting customer time. Why hire people with no customer facing skills or an ounce of empathy. Terrible management, and ignorrant employees.

The pharmacy is utter useless. After ringing to confirm repeat medication and then going into the shop to speak to them in person, they still fail to process my medication within 48 hrs. Absolute shower of s***. They should be struck off.

Poor staff. Given the state that the retail and shopping business is in today to say we were let down by very unhelpful pharmacy staff is an under statement. We asked if they had a particular item and were bluntly told by two staff that if we cannot see it that they don't do it. After coming home and checking Boots we find they do stock it. But we shall be buying from a smaller family run efficient and helpful chemist.

This pharmacy is an absolute JOKE I called repeatedly and said I would be there 5.59PM to collect my prescription. Woman on the phone said as long as I’m here by 6 it’s fine. Which I was and they’ve fully closed up and left. I made an incredibly long journey and left work early. Clearly were not bothered that I was distressed and needed my medication but unfortunately
Traffic cannot be helped. I was there for 5.59PM bang on 6pm at the desk and they were not. The staff even said because they are from other pharmacy’s they aren’t bothered. A long wasted journey thanks to inconsiderate pharmacists.

There is a video going round on Tiktok of a man kicking off at a woman for not accepting his money, I would just like to say she handled the situation very well and remained professional when the customer got aggressive and I hope Holly is ok

Full of all kinds of beauty products and the price is pretty good to.
There's a large choice of medical products you may struggle to find in your local pharmacy as boots is such a large store.
The staff are always helpful and it's usually nice and clean.
They have a good selection of sandwiches on their meal deal if you're struggling to find something for lunch.

If only I could give 0 stars.They were sent an emergency prescription by our GP.When I got to Boots pharmacy staff said it needed to be ordered in for next day.Arrived next day to be told hadn't arrived and to return tomorrow.Returned everyday for four days told the same.Stressed it was an emergency as my wife was very ill but just getting fobbed off.Also rang several times everyday before going only to be put through to the pharmacy but left waiting whilst it rang out and then receiver was lifted to be hung up on instantly.I assure you we will NOT be using this place again.

Very long queue but they were friendly and helpful and had the prescription in stock.
