Boots

I mostly use the pharmacy, which used to be great. However it’s now beyond a joke; nobody ever picks-up the phone… I’ve even tried calling 24 times in one day before and nobody has answered. Also they’ll regularly take 5-7 days to fill a prescription if you don’t chase them (which is tricky when you’re stuck in-doors and nobody answers the telephone!). I’ve lost count of the amount of times they’ve “not been able to find” a prescription, despite it being issued to them days prior.
The only saving grace is that some of the pharmacists are really good if you ever get to speak to them, but overall the service is not good at all these days and best avoided.

Always my favourite but somehow it seems they are quiet, possibly the market is so competitive, guess they need the new strategy for those outlets

Won't stop going there, but I can get things from shopping without going to Boots.

So no one answers the phone in any of the departments and it's clear why as when you go into the store it seems there are only 3 staff employed who seem to stand around chatting.

The guy doing it was pleasant and chatty...I would defo return....Next year!

There is a major problem over prescriptions from the local surgery I order repeat subscriptions over a week in advance and they are usually not ready I believe the problem is with Boots as surgery takes prescriptions over twice a day It means I have no medication for up to a week!

Recently, I visited Netherfield Boots store,and were impressed by well organised and placed products on the shelves , that got a chance in an easily and faster way to found the products interesting to me , especially, I received a great Customer service being assisted and served by Andreea ,very professional and knowledgeable in various products Thank you to all of you for your great job and patience .

Modern store, good spacing. Easy to move around. Lots of items for sale with many offers. Has counter for prescriptions. Easy shopping experience with helpful staff on the checkout. Has large car park and is vey accessible.

Great help and advice from the staff on No 7 products. Lovely new assistant on the checkout on her first day who couldn’t get the double points voucher to work but persisted and was helped by her colleague. So nice to be treated with courtesy and such politeness today.
