Plenty of parking around the area so easy enough to get to. I went in during a really hot day to get some suntan lotion and there was a bit if a queue but the staff got that down quite quickly. The employee who served me was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. Great experience 👍

Dropped a bottle of cough linctus whilst waiting to be served. Made an right mess.
2 young lady shop assistants came to my rescue and cleaned it all up.
They declined my offer of help and my offer to pay.

Very friendly staff member offered to do my makeup for an event I was attending that day all I had to do is purchase 2 items she used excellent service. As I've never worn makeup so I really appreciate the extra mile she went to make me feel fabulous. Excellent range of products to suit all budgets and lots for Black skin also.

One member of staff to 6 tills you must anticipate ques hate to say but it is Christmas!!! In fact happens outside of festive times sharpen up you don't have a captive market

It was really untidy to the point that when I got home I realized I'd paid more than I wanted to for certain items because the pricing was all over the place. I had a 50.00 gift voucher and was mentally adding up as I went round but the final total was 70.00. On top of that I found it really expensive ie my normal deodorant I can buy anywhere for 1.00 but yours was 2.59!!! I can't lie I was only in there because sombody had bought me the voucher as a gift I've always avoided Boots. I realize why the northfield branch in Birmingham has closed down. I imagine some other stores may follow. On the plus side what looked like a long queue to pay was dealt with quickly and I've always found staff to be friendly and professional 😀

Boots a lovely place to shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not at all stressful even at Xmas time when people last minute shopping

Good, the staff was very kind and willing to help me, just that I was also looking for anti dandruff shampoos, and the oly available was head and shoulders (not recommended) and a highly chemical one that may not be classified as a shampoo
