A larger Boots store, staff mostly helpful. The blue badge parking was being abused as is the case most of the time, but in fairness there was a patrolling warden, but not the sharpest tool to be fair. Stock seems to be very disorganised and the item I bought, I believe to be at least 2 years old, which for batteries is not good.

Huge range in this store but tough to find what you want. The pharmacy is open reduced hours but this doesn’t appear to be explained anywhere. Staff I asked for help were friendly and knowledgable.

Worst experience at the till. Was served by a young man. He did not know what he was doing there. Was not helpful at all. Was rude and swearing. Other staff members on the till were not helpful as well. There was a sense of racism going on there.

I have just been to the Boots in Valley Park, Croydon and I am appalled at the temperature of the building. It is absolutely freezing, in fact when I left I am sure it was warmer outside. It is unbelievable that Boots who prides itself on people's wellbeing has its staff working in such appalling conditions. I am sure if the temperature was taken it would be illegal for staff to work at that temperature. I asked staff how long has the heating not been working and was told several days. Where is the Union representing these people, they should not be working in such conditions. Pull your socks up Boots.

Well mannered place, consist of a range of wonderful product and staff, but during time of a “busy period” I would highly recommend there should be some more staff to assist with the customers other than that wonderful place to go to for all needs
