Best run pharmacy I have ever seen , with all the challenges they faced the last few years, they have always managed to keep professional standards.

Also the sales staff is super friendly and courteous.

Feel fortunate to have this as my pharmacy 🙂

Lady on the medicine counter was very helpful indeed. I don't usually enjoy visiting Boots as I dislike the self pay check out system but on this occasion the visit was very positive. It just shows what a difference the personal touch makes.

After waiting 8 days for my prescriptions to be made up, I went to Boots to collect my medicines. I was told that there were supply problems and nothing was ready. I was told to go back in a couple of days and went home. Half hour later, I received a text, stating that my medicines were ready. Not impressed.

Only went to the Opticians... very helpful and professional. One female assistant was very polite and answered lots of questions.

You were so busy in store and then a young assistant named Tasha called me over. Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable. She needs Promotion and a Pay rise. Ashford , High Street Boots.

They have a good location and spread across two floors. Each section has its own area to cater to its designated clients, cover the beauty area to food/snacks. Boots been around 1849, Originally herbal medicine shop in Nottingham, which was incorporated as Boot and Co. ... The Boots Pure Drug Company name was changed to The Boots Company Limited in 1971.

The staff I spoke to didn't have any idea on customer service or any aspect of her job.i asked for help with a very specific problem and the staff didn't know anything about any products on the shelf I won't be going back

Made a quick visit to Boots for some off the shelf medication, unfortunately they had run out of stock for the item I needed.
I spoke with the pharmacist and she was incredibly helpful, she looked online to see if any other Boots in the Ashford area had any stock available, then she telephoned the branch that was showing stock just to double check so I didn't have a wasted trip.
Excellent customer service 10 out of 10
