Pharmacy is badly understaffed and overworked.
Don't get prescriptions sent here.
Boots need to hire more staff before the existing ones get so burnt out they leave.
which has already happened, and now they down to one or two pharmacists.
Now they advertising to replace the ones that left.
They need to be advertising for alot more.
To take the obvious strain from those poor members of staff.
Who suffer ridiculous abuse from people waiting over an hour in the queue for medicines.
It's utter madness in this pharmacy.
The drive thru is now closed due to no staff.
Boots you need to get your act together.
The pharmacy has always been understaffed, and the tills are too.
You have roughly 6 or 7 tills and 2 staff members.

Staff are friendly and helpful, love that it's open later on. It's a smaller boots compared to town etc so don't have the full range but generally find what I am looking for. Sometimes staff seem a bit stretched thin but they work hard.

The queue for the pharmacy/picking up prescriptions is quite bad. I made Boots Tollgate my chosen pharmacy after my previous pharmacy reduced opening hours. I've been going to Boots monthly for about 3months with a couple of additional visits for prescriptions in-between. 4 times I have had to queue for at least 45mins. One time I only waited 5 or 10mins. For context, I've visited at around 6pm-7pm and once at 2.30pm Monday to Friday. The 5min queue was at 6.30pm.

We had an appointment... we were there 15 minutes early had to wait in a queue for 20mins to be told to fill in a form on our phones. The poor Pharmacist was rushed off her feet. Not enough staff in any area. Won't use again.

Tidy store. Visited before Christmas for the pharmacy. Only real downside was the wait. Not enough staff on it to cope unfortunately.

Pick-up my prescription from here, always crazy long ques for prescription, not sure why but I could do without a 15-30 minute wait every time

Yet again my repeat prescription was not made up despite being overdue. This is the 4th consecutive month that this has happened despite the pharmacist telling me they get made up after 3 weeks. Waiting for repeat prescription to end then will be changing pharmacy

Very helpful assistant who tried very hard to find our order (and succeeded).
