This has to be the worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to! The staff are constantly struggling to serve customers & the wait time can be 20 minutes to be served. They never seem to have what you’re prescribed & more often advise for you to go elsewhere.. this is now the 3rd time this has happened so i’ve changed my pharmacy because honestly - they don’t want more customers & the message is being received loud & clear..

would recommend more pharmacy staff & better stock.. or maybe a smile?

First of all, if you have confirmed hours on Google, that states you open at 8, it's absurd I arrive 8.40, and 3 pharmacists tell me the Pharmacy opens at 9.00, and to come back later.

Second of all if I come for an antibiotic (so something I need and urgently) and on the prescription is 500mg/5ml and you say it's OOS and can't be ordered, than I ask "we usually got the 250mg/5ml" and the answer is "we have that one, but you need a new prescription", we take the concept of absurd to another level.

Thanks for not doing your job as doctor and not being able to do the chemist one either...

Boots stores, like many retailers post pandemic, are losing their way, with appalling customer service, lengthy and unnecessary queues. And it's not just this store. I have been to numerous Boots stores over the past few months and all they provide is a time wasting experience.

Boots at Chiswick always shop there, its easy to find what one is looking for and the staff always available for help and Vanisha👏👏👏 at checkout is very efficient and friendly and always has a smile👏👏👏.Will return for sure.

Actually it was amazingly efficient. Any service issues were caused by customers having multiple requests. The staff handled these patiently, efficiently and with a professionalism I admire. Impressed.

The pharmacist needs to be changed. I went to collect my son’s prescription that had been sent to them days ago but she hadn’t checked it so I was asked to return 20 minutes later. When I returned I wanted to ask a question about it and they have left me wait for 30 minutes (and counting). I was also not given any heads up as otherwise I wouldn’t have waited all this time with a newborn. Not acceptable for Boots.

Understaffed and under maintained. Always a long queue. Half the lights don’t work.

Quite a few empty shelves can't find certain items. Some items didn't have any price tag plus no one to ask rather unfriendly.
