Great equipment Great promotions for cosmetics
Diversified product selection ...
Usually A lot of people inside.
Products for children including clothes very expensive do not recommend.
Inside there is a pharmacy and a photo point
Easy to take pictures and print.
The parking is large but cramped He easy to scratch the car... Do not give your wife a car while she eats Don't give your wife a car when she's going there 🤣🤣. It is possible to order online. Cost 5f but large orders divide into many buds and each comes on a different day This is a big problem

Got to have the worst customer service at the prescription counter. No one bothers if there is a queue (and there usually is). Customer is not important. If you can go somewhere else then do.

They don’t mind you walking in with your dog.
I carried Buddy in to pick up a prescription. Then stood and waited in a queue with him on the floor.
We walked out as normal.
No one bettered an eye lid. And the security man was calling buddy snoop as we left. Happy days.
More retail stores need to be like this.
They all need to take a leave of of Wilko’s book.

Excellent service received at this store and especially at the pharmacy. I recently priced a private prescription and the member of staff (Louise) was extremely helpful and professional in ordering the items. I priced at the nearby supermarket and there was a noticeable difference in the professional service. I didn’t hesitate to go back to Boots to place the order and it turned out to be cheaper! This store is extremely busy and the staff are always rushed off their feet at busy times but always offer a friendly and accurate service that I can’t fault. Thank you Boots @ Sixfields Northampton 😊

Given the location near the entrance of Sixfields it benefits from having a cash point situated right outside, and the pharmacy has an out of hours service. However this branch is not as pleasant as it once was. Of late some tardy and unhelpful staff. At one point they had some nuts available on offer, so I took a few to the counter and was told "oh no you cant have that many" so I gave some to my partner and told the Jobsworth serving that some of them were for her to which she said "no, I'm still not letting you have them now that you've said that..." and called the Manager over to enforce her ridiculous position, hilarious! The queue to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy is well known in the area for removing years from your life.

Pharmacy: Consistently extremely slow service. Even when a queue is tailing out the door staffing inadequate and the staff that are there are often moving extremely slowly and sometimes rude. Every time I go in for anything.. even simply dropping off old inhalers for recycling it's a drama of epic proportions preceded by at least at 20 minute wait.

What can you say? It's Boots.
Always good value for money.
Pros:
Friendly, helpful, polite staff.
Swift checkout. Clean, well-kept.
Always well stocked.
Cons: only 2 parent and child spaces in the whole car park (not really Boots' fault, just a heads up, parents).
Avoid the pharmacy counter on Tuesday & Thursday evenings - always, busy/long queues (a national shortage of pharmacists will do that, though).

So I am a regular to boots @ sixfields and boots in general spent a lot more money than I should have! However, I popped in well say popped I waited 35 mins for an already picked prescription! I hadn’t gone in with a new one I’d even had the text to say it was ready! Had a quick browse around the sale and picked up a couple of bits! I saw a revolution makeup advent calander there was no price on the shelves (not unusual for this boots) so I popped on the website and it said full price £42.50 reduced to £21.25 and I thought ooooo I’ve got the boots points so I will treat myself get to the till and the girl says that’s £42.50 I assumed the till hadnt taken off the 50% only to be told the calander was originally £85!! Not a chance I even went onto the brands own website to find it for £45!! So boots have doubled the price to reduce it to the original price!! Gemma the manager please sort the pharmacy out and stop boots ripping people off
