Shop floor staff helpful and friendly but pharmacy is another story!!!! Needed important medications on prescription and was told they didn’t have any pharmacists in and shop floor female said she could only give me the hard copy of prescriptions to get elsewhere,wasn’t her fault she was doing her best to placate irate customers unable to collect their important medications. Will never use this store again and have found a lovely family run pharmacy who are professional,caring and reliable.

Boots on lyons farm is so big and better, everything under one roof! Staff very helpful and always well stocked! Big carpark and easy to get too.

My daughter went there on Saturday to pick my prescription up. Alas no pharmacist all day. And this morning I went with my daughter and was told no pharmacist until 10 -30 is. He came from Brighton and is leaving at 2 instead of 4 O'clock today. Apparently boots are short of pharmacist. So maybe do as I am going to do, find a independent pharmacy .

Good shop. Lots of choice. But apparently I went to the wrong checkout and the assistant made it very clear she didn't want to serve me. I felt embarrassed and awkward.

A nice store, fairly small for a boots about still has everything you really need.

Had to stop by the pharmacy and the team were lovely and felt like they couldnt do enough to help. A real credit to the store.

They don't have the same range of makeup counters you normally see on a high street boots, but still had enough there with the perfume counter to probably find something you'd want. While at the back of the store they also have a small range of kids clothing too.

REMOVE THE RUDE charity collectors from your entrance/exit!!!

Collaring everyone trying to leave to sign up to £1 a week for their charity then sniggering at people that don’t want to.

A few people won’t be returning to your store until they’re gone.

Today go to pick up my repeat prescription three assistances behind the counter all looked at me turned their backs and ignored me for five minutes there was no one else waiting to be served as l need my medications had to stand there until one of them asked me what l wanted?, So rude and ignorant
If you don’t won’t to help people do t work there, there are plenty of people who would like a job.

Pharmacy and majority of the staff are absolutely useless

There is always i problem when I go and try and collect my prescription

I’m either stood waiting for ages.
They tell me they cant find it
Or that it’s not there - and can’t offer a helpful solution , so I am left with out vital medication

They Have also been very unhelpful when my
Wife required ad hoc meds for period pains and to Sleep.
Questioning and almost refusing to serve me, Until I had to say ‘are you refusing my wife help and care’
