I phoned to check my prescription was available and was told it was ready for collection. When I arrived they couldn’t find it, said I wasnt on their system and suggested I had phoned another branch. I kept insisting they were the branch I’d called and was still told I wasn’t on their system. Eventually they found the prescription. The excuse was I hadn’t told them it was a hospital prescription. They hadn’t asked, so why would I know this was important? Apparently they “have nothing to do with hospitals” ... so why, if that is the case, did they tell me they didn’t have it when they did?

Pharmacist was very rude, another member of staff was more concerned about going on her break while serving a customer.. They don't seem to have any sort of system when it comes to finding medication

Never answer phone. Always short staffed. Tells us a prescription will be in when in wasn’t and staff just blaming each other

Helpful, polite, staff, always willing to assist if they can. For privacy, there is a small room in which one can ask specific questions about one's prescription, gain advice and also have the annual flu jab.

Boots are very rubbish service in honton they don't the medical you need

The worst customer service I have ever experienced , I was waiting for my prescription and the women just looked at me and said yours is being done and done a hand gesture like move aside and went to the next customer , I understand they were busy but I still expect to be treated with some respect , I will not be going back there ever again
