I had a very good experience today. Im giving this review because of Sami. Such a nice, helpful guy! 5⭐️customer service .. Thank to Sami I found what I wanted and I went home with 3 perfumes.

Favourite drug store in London. Everything can be found here especially for beauty, toiletries and perfume products. You even can buy at cheaper price since there is always a discounted price at certain products.

Very bad customer service. Two young guys girl and man ( looks like originally Indian or bangali) need to improve customer service. Girls was very rude to help about medicine. And I was on counter with three Item. Young man asked me if I need bag I said yes I need one. After he took payment then said I can’t give you because I already took payment

I was standing around for a very long time due to no staff members being available and was. Unable to purchase any perfumes, there was also big wue for the tills. And Pharmacy.

So I walk in at 8:30 pm to collect an emergency prescription which got sent to them as they advertise as being open till 11:00pm. Pharmacy was closed at 7pm no way to know this untill you walk in and wait.
Wanted to see if I couldn't get it dispensed can I get my prescription so I can go somewhere else. Fist staff person says you need a manager then carries on doing what he was doing. So I ask where Is the manager he said up stairs.
After explaining the situation and stating that on line it doesn't state that Pharmacy closes at 7pm. explained it was important medication for my wife and they have the prescription the manager still did not apologize and insisted its does state 7pm.
She was a small south asian manager with very poor English and terrible customer service skills... instead if saying how can I help she said what is it... lol
Boots your standards in every department is so poor atm.
Add important detail like Pharmacy closing times if they are different from opening times. Thought this would be common sense.

A security guard tried to kick me out of the store for no reason. I am a regular customer in the store. I was speaking on the phone in Arabic while shopping and the security guard asked me to leave. I was super shocked. I managed to buy my items in the end, but that was the scariest and worst experience ever. I do not recommend buying from boots, especially the one in oxford street. They hire racist employees.

Rubbish customer service. The security and manager there did not assist a customer whose phone had been stolen. They refused to check CCTV and did not want us to call police. Manager did not want to show footage and would not provide their names. Staff were so unhelpful, distracting and thys acting suspicious. Security was also not near the door securing the place. He told me he was distracted and somewhere else. He kept arguind with me and interrupting me when I was trying to call 101 for the customers in distress. Avoid this shop and have staff investigated.

Terrible, bad, awful customer service. In fact it's almost non-existent. In an attempt to tell the Manager this, her reaction before I'd even opened my mouth (which bizarrely was to take about 5 steps away from me, despite me not being in her personal space) pretty much summed up why her employees are also so useless. Just do yourself a favour and go to one of the several Boots nearby.
