Boots

Really lovely staff. Very very helpful. My daughter has a milk allergy and I couldn’t get her prescription from my usual pharmacy. Called boots in sunbury, a very lovely woman took all the details and told me it’d be in stock for me to collect the very next day! Super helpful and a massive relief.

As there is a big community in feltham we deserve big store as the one in hounslow. There is no product here . I never go and find what im looking for as its small shop with minimum of products . Hope they see on that and they will open for us new boots beauty shop

Boots is good. Friendly helpful staff. They always try to get the medication sorted as soon as possible. Even offering alternative where needed. Well laid out.

I bought products worth 16 pounds and such, in addition to waiting a long time, I asked for the receipt, and they just told me that the print roll had run out.
They simply apologized, but they couldn't give the purchase receipt.
I ask. Is it legal?
And to be honest, they need to have a little bit of humiliate and more friendliness to the customer.

I would give 1 star but that's not fair to the senior staff that work there....the young lady I dealt with today was very rude and should not be dealing with people in general, I've been going there for years and most of the staff have been a pleasure to deal with, unfortunately the actions of the rude young child today has forced me to write this review, no respect or courtesy whatsoever.

This is the closest boots to me and thought it would be great having one on my door step. Unfortunately my experiences have usually ended with disappointment. Long queues for prescriptions 9 out of 10 times i have visited. Employees appear to be busy but dont seem to be doing much to serve customers efficiently or at least acknowledging them. Ive also been waiting patiently when a "friend" of an employee was bumped to the front of a long queue because she was more important. Shelves are often bare with everyday items you would expect them to have in stock. Not sure if it is bad management but would expect better from a major high street pharmacy 😞

A nice little store that has a bit of everything you will need.
It’s used by myself and my partner for prescriptions, I recently had to collect a bee type of inhaler - the pharmacist took me right through it making sure I understood the process.
Stockists of perfume, aftershave, hairspray, hair products, men’s bathroom shizzle, etc etc.
There’s also a weight machine should you wish to use it.

There is a young man that works as a pharmacist there i'm not sure of his name but he has long hair tied back and a button up shirt. He is so professional and helpful and gives excellent Advice.
