Great store with a wide range of products. A bit difficult to find with the scaffolding, but definitely worth it when you do. I usually find products here which are out of stock in other branches. Also has a pharmacist in-store. Staff are welcoming, friendly and always on hand to assist.

Not the most friendly pharmacist, seemed bothered by having to serve me, apparently he's new, simple hayfevee sinus pain issue, no advice. Just pointed to a shelf behind me, when I went back to ask for some advice he again didn't seem to care, instead of coming over to the counter, he just shouted across my his little office area. If your looking for advice, then head somewhere else. Another guy working on the floor by the tills was very friendly.

Went to Boots at Farringdon for my flu vaccine. The experience was really good. Efficient and professional handling by the pharmacist. It was over quickly. Good job keep it up

Worst shop ever rude supervisor and duty manager they both don’t know what they doing and how to speak to customers! They were rude to me in the empty shop ! And I had to wait 20 minutes for them to move and help me with my refund which the end up declined because they didn’t have enough money in the tills and they didn’t know how to refund based on order number… boots you need to interview better otherwise you will lose your customers!!! Avoid?!

in over 3 years this Chemist has never once obtained my prescription on time. Every month I go through the same nonsense with them and waste hours trying to sort it out .

Might be the best boots I've been to. So helpful and friendly. I went in for an emergency prescription and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Knowledgeable and professional I was really impressed regardless of where I was. This shop is surprisingly large and they have a really broad selection of items on sale. Also due to the size I've found that the wait time isn't bad, even at lunchtime. Great location. Thanks guys!

Excellent friendly service from staff,especially lady near pharmacy counter area! Shop lay out is good & good stock every where. One of the best Boots I've been in, mainly because of the friendly helpful staff.. quite a surprise for a city shop!
