Rudest customer service with the most disgusting attitude towards clients! My experience was appaling on several occasion but today it was the cherry on the cake!
So.. I bought a foundation in a rush that was the wrong shade and I came with reciept and the unused sealed product to exchange it for the appropriate shade w days after due to my work. The lady working there told me that because of the new ‘invented’ policy she can not exchange an untouched sealed product! What a joke! She was telling me that while she was touching with bare hands all the costmetic products and that would be ok for us to buy them whithout her policy applying to her or the staff managing the products and stocking then on the shelf without any gloves if she was that concerned avoit the sanitation!
But apparently if you buy one and go out the store for one minute you can no longer exchange it! It was not even about retunning it for £ back. Beware of this scamming they try to feed people! I will be sure to raise another complaint with the store manager! Absolutely outrageous. If that would be a thing than no one including the staff nor the clients should be allowed to ever touch anything including the staff selling over the till and touxhing the products your about to take home. What is she has covid?🤣 WHAT A JOKE THIS STORE IS! No longer buying anything from them ever again!

It is ok shop, but lot of product is too expensive there and you pay more for a place and etc. then for a product which should be cheaper. A bit too old fashioned look of shop and I don't like name Boots. What is that?

Large and spacious store with an open layout, loads of space between aisles and open for really long hours during the week and on Saturday. Very convenient! Can’t fault it!

Was told by pharmacy that they mute the phone because they get fed up of answering it absolutely rude and unhelpful staff

Appalling customer service is guaranteed at this branch. The "over the counter" medication till is never covered and staff nearby stacking shelves are either oblivious to waiting customers or deliberately ignorant to them. Waiting time to be served is rarely less than 20 minutes meaning it's actually quicker to travel to the branch on Fulham Road opposite Chelsea and Westminster hospital rather than wait to be acknowledged.

I went to Boots today and I was helped by a lovely young lady called Leyle who helped my find makeup and recommended make up and found me testers and was very patient and helpful. She also showed me personally round the shop as I had a lot of different things to buy. Thank you so much! Happy Nee Year!

Not enough staff around. Wanted to buy Nourkrin tablets and box was empty on the display. I asked the pharmacy who sent me to the till where the staff tried to send me back to the pharmacy. The lady from the till disappeared for 10 min and came back with no information and empty box. When I showed my dissatisfaction she asked me to be patient. She started searching on the internet for the tablets, did not apologies for waiting nothing and at this point I decided to leave the store. I am not coming back. I will purchase Nourkrin online from another pharmacy. More staff needed around, staff needs to be nice to their customers.
