Boots

Started coming here as Maria and Julie (managers in the mall boots) are so rude and do not know how to speak to people.

The people in this store are so helpful and take the time with people to find what they need.
The pharmacist is excellent as well
Will be using this boots from now on even though I have to get a taxi to it
Boots should get these managers to teach Maria and Julie a thing or two

Convenient and not. Parking directly by the store is difficult but walkable from other car parks. Big enough store to have most products and does offer online collection service and medical products (eg flu jab) Staff are helpful when you can find them. Pharmacy does close often especially at lunchtimes and its not always obvious until you have been waiting a while and then notice a tiny side at the end of the counter where no one normally queues. Lighting could be better especially towards the back of the store. No self service tills.

Store is alright but The store changes it’s opening hours randomly meaning it’s difficult to pick up repeat prescriptions. I went today (Saturday) and the store was open but the pharmacy wasn’t?! So I have to make a third trip as the store was closed randomly during the week?!

Special thanks to the dedicated pharmacist who helped me with transferring my prescription on the afternoon of Tues 2nd of August.
Thanks from all my heart, you really helped me end my physical distress that day.

Never ever had issues here, except for today. The lady at the till (Mary) was quite rude in relation to the pronunciation of my name. I went in to pick up my click and collect and as she got my parcel she pronounced my name as Balwinder, when my name is Bhavneet. I don’t mind if she got it wrong but 1) I’m not sure how she got Balwidner from Bhavneet
But 2) it’s okay if you apologise for getting it wrong after I corrected her instead she shrug her shoulders and said “I tried, I was close enough”. I don’t think it’s acceptable to say that to someone, that’s someone’s name and if you can’t respectfully appreciate that you said it incorrectly then I think that’s very out of order. Not happy at all. And quite upset.
