Very friendly staff and they are always willing to help. A nice variety of products too. I always collect my prescriptions from there. They sometimes have very good offers in store. Make sure you also download their app and start collecting points in their rewards program. I also get special discount on their app.

I was in the city and had an allergic episode. I went into Boots where I bought antihistamines and was looked after by the staff until it was over.
Well done Boots, I'll always remember how kind you were.

Today I had to change my original review to a lower one, I've come to this boots for a little while. Its a big store with great variety but today staff let it down.

I'm currently on very specific medication, one you can't get anywhere else but boots could get the supply in, this medication is to help regulate serious mental health issues I have.

Last time I was here I was unfortunately 5 minutes late. But I was scared of missing a dose but an understand older woman helped me out even though I could tell this put her out of her way, I couldn't say thank you enough, I felt horrible but panicked.

This week unfortunately I was late due to seeing some kids Rob a store and the father confronted me, not the shops issue obviously but I rushed as fast as I could despite being upset.. I got there 1 minute late, I was refused and a younger woman who'd seen me before almost felt like she was scolding me, I was going to accept I was late and leave it but she upset me by mentioning she's seen me before it almost felt like a "you obviously do this a lot and don't care" type of attitude...

I do care.. I cared so much I burst into tears and walked out as I felt I just mess everyone's day up..

My mental health isn't their issue.. But compassion would have gone a long way.. She didn't need to get my meds.. She just didn't need to respond like that.. I'll be too scared to return now due to my mental health...

Had my ears tested the audiologist was very knowledgeable that was why I went back. I was very pleased with the service and the results.

Waited 40 mins for the pharmacy to be open (store opened at 8:30 but Pharmacy opens at 9:00) 9:10 i'm first in queue but a young lady pushes infront of myself, an old lady and a person with crutches. I politly inform the young lady that there are others in before her in queue (Normally I woudn't mind, but I start work at 9) . The cashire then sides with the young lady and said it doesn't even matter because the pharmasist is running late.

They have boots card which convert your cash to points that convert to cash. The store is complete of all necessities for the body. Definitely worth shopping at.

Rude staff, when I would like to exchange product what I got for Christmas. Manager ironically laughing "are you lagging?" when I tried ring to boots customer service and I was waiting for answer.
When I asked him about how suppose to look original perfumes, he had no idea. I record him saying that product what I got from this shop look like not original because has no writings on a bottle ( j'adore) They showed me 100 ml bottle with writings on it which definitely is not original.

Excellent service: Direct and clear, which is how I like it. The eye test was free, but the hearing aids were unexpectedly expensive. Stu
