Just what a boots should be. Nice large store with everything you need. Staff on till might be a bit happier. Have to wait a bit longer than usual but a busy store so expected 😊

It's a great idea of getting your medication on repeat prescription through Boots pharmacy, unfortunately this has proved to be a disaster for me. They don't repeat the medication in time and have also given me something I already have instead of the drug I need.

Possibly the worst Boots branch I've had the pleasure of visiting. Pharmacy is atrocious. They never answer their phone because the only phone is upstairs, so I've been told. Speaking of whom, manager is very rude. A discredit to your stores and brand. Oxted people, go to Paydens.

Absolutely shocking service. The place seems full of staff, but only the poor pharmacist on the dispensary till to cover all customers.

The staff in the pharmacy are useless, rude and patronising. No wonder people's mental health is through the roof because they refuse to give subscriptions and can't even give a valid reason why.
Staff need some serious customer service training

Absolutely useless and rude staff. Have called three times to chase up my prescription, and been fobbed off every time with an excuse. Staff refuse to admit when they've made a mistake, and then interrupt and patronise you.
Will never use again. Will use local chemist Paydens in future.

Ever since the demise of Carpet Right, the Oxted branch of Boots has willingly stepped up to take on the crown of Most Gormless Staff in Town.
It seems every time I visit, there is some complication at the till, there are queues mounting whilst staff potter around doing their best to make it look like they are stocking shelves rather than being useful.
It's a small branch, so it doesn't offer much that isn't available elsewhere, for prescriptions Paydens is better, and any of the supermarkets stock everything else.
