Nice bright airy store. Disappointed that there was only one person operating a till but 6 self service tills. I do not want to scan my shopping. I never get it right! I like to be able to chat to a member of staff.

Went for deals for Christmas ideas. Plenty to choose from and 3 for 2 offers were a really good deal. Got all that I wanted in one shopping trip. Very pleased.

If I could give the pharmacy no stars I would. I called yesterday as my baby has special milk formula and was told its available, and was waiting for the doctors to send the prescription over. Called them numerous times between 4-5.30pm so see if its been sent over/ready but no answer! Again I've been calling today between 10-11am and again no answer! Absolutely useless. Also the website states the pharmacy is open until 6.30pm when it's not.

Boots pharmacy, where do they find staff like this. Went there today with a script from the doctor they tell me come back in 20 mins, I give it 30 mins they then tell me they need another 10 mins as it's not ready. Come back get the meds get home and guess what they gave us half the prescription.

I could give -5 or 0 stars if that was possible.Came to do my last min Christmas shopping today with my little 3year old at around 19:30.Upon closing time at 8pm slim lady in her 60s with Reindeer ears has approached us,I don’t know her name as she wasn’t wearing any name badge,shouting and being very aggressive that if I won’t make it to the till now she won’t allow me to pay for my purchase,I was making my way just needed one more item that was on the way to the till in fact anyway !! She was only screaming at us and no other shoppers ,whom was still wandering round store.Totally overridden and pathetic behaviour somebody please teach that lady customer service 0 respect to her clients what so ever frightened my little boy as he is not used to aggressive people and make him really anxious.Where I do understand they have to close the store on time as I’m store manager my self and I know how difficult it can sometimes be to close on time after hard working day, there was no need for aggressive approach towards us,if she is not patient she should not work in customer based environment.I made her aware I will complain to customer services and all she answered with her rude attitude was “aha do it” Very shocking as I was shopping here for many years and never come across such unkind sales assistant! 0 tolerance to Racism I won’t leave it like that!

Definitely I give 0 if it was possible.
Had chicken pox vaccine over 2 months ago and payed for 1st and 2nd in the same time.
Now it's not possible to book for second dose and they don't answer the phone.
Tried several times in several days, for example the last day available for booking is 30th January and all slot full. Ridiculous.
Customer service ask just contact to store.

went in there today to buy a shaver they was all on display apart from the one i wanted so i asked to see it out of the box all becouse i open the box up a slim lady in her 60s with Reindeer ears has approached me and said you now have to pay for that ,I don’t know her name as she wasn’t wearing any name badge,shouting and being very aggressive she needs her p45 and sending up the road she said she was the manager but who knows

I would like to thank the permanent Boots staff at the Staines branch, they are amazing! Turns out I had a bad experience with the staff.who work there on weekends or just temporarily worked during Christmas.
