Most staff are great but everything takes a long time especially paying. Never enough people on the till.
Doorman/Security have a great sense of humour just what you need at this time.

Brilliant and quiet Boots branch! My shopping experience here today was excellent! Boots have some outstanding half price offers on and due to how quiet this store is you will find them in stock and the shelves are well stocked by all the hard working employees! The customer service here is amazing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! They were cheerful and I was served very professionally! The store is located on Fenchurch Street which is literally a mini Oxford Street! There are plenty of Boots stores surrounding it such as the one near Monument Station, the Bishopsgate and Aldgate branch! If a product here is not in stock it is only a short walk to the Aldgate branch or the one near Monument Station. The Aldgate branch is also extremely quiet so I would recommend that you go there if you can't find the product you are looking for in this Boots branch! I use this store regularly for click and collect orders since there is a slightly bigger range here than the Aldgate one (especially for mens toiletries). The food to go here is brilliant and despite the small size of this store there is a great range of food to go despite them not stocking much (understandable as there are not that many office workers around now) Overall, I would recommend that you shop here but you should definitely go to the one on Bishopsgate for bigger shops as they have a much bigger product range than this branch! This store is good for top up shops!

This lunchtime they had plenty of signs saying hand sanitisers are limited to two per person when like everywhere else they are sold out. The lady at the pharmacy till seemed very pleased about it too. I recommended the misleading signs are removed. Carex handwashes were also sold out so not a lot of use but at least they were stocked up to yesterday. I honestly haven't seen a sanitiser for a month in any Boots store, including outside London.

After being refused consultation for travel vaccination in 3 other nearby stores where i had confirmed appointments, I walked into this one by chance. The staff was very helpful and Imran the pharmacist genuinely tried to help. He gave me the consultation and information i needed and I am very happy with the service overall. This is now my new go to store! Highly recommend it.

Went for a Covid rapid antigen test here. Unlike other Boots I tried, they were incredibly slow and I spent half an hour here. They were uselessly picky with the documents, and everything was made more difficult by their bad English. The nurse was a bit rude too. Test arrived in time but overall I will not come back.

The staff at this boots store are consistently helpful and friendly. They always go the extra mile. It’s quite a small boots but the service makes up for it.

Never witnessed such appalling language and balatent bullying by a supposedly senior member of staff towards the lovely shop floor staff.lord knows how she ever got that position.i won't be going there again...shameful
