Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Not only did I witness the pharmacist turn away an elderly man, refusing to give his prescription but they then tried to do the same thing to my elderly aunt (88 years old). She was told her medication was not there (3 days after the prescription was supposedly completed) and told to come back the next day. After going back to the store with her and arguing with the staff we were told to wait 15 mins and suddenly out came her medication. It is one thing to give bad service in general but to tdo this to oensioners is disgusting.

They would want to employ more staff or train staff to help colleague out when busy. 1 person on checkout who has gone off somewhere doing something else and about 15 people in the queue. 2 staff stacking shelves oblivious to people waiting in queue with nobody on checkout. Gave up in the end. Hopeless store

Its a good medicine store and has many options for different things. They have beauty products too. The staff are usually helpful as well.

Service is always horrible. 1 staff working now . I'm on my lunch break and the only staff working told me that he can't open the till to charge for my medicine and I need to return later because the other staff responsible is on lunch time !!! It's always something. Sometimes I have to wait for 20 minutos in the queue to get my prescription.

I would really recommend avoiding this pharmacy if at all possible. I’ve been stood waiting for 30 minutes now and they have served 4 customers. You have to queue for the pharmacy to get behind the counter medicines too. I really struggle to understand how it can be so slow when they have 3 staff working.

A disaster. 40 min in this queue. I don’t know if the assistants are professional staff.

Very unhelpful. Asked two staff members for help. Male stated he couldn't help as he was on the till there was no que and no one waiting. He diverted me to the manager who didn't even know the item I was asking for was on shelf but she directed me to join the lengthy prescription pharmacy que at the back of the shop. Although the item I was asking for was on shop floor. Ended up going superdrug who helped me promptly. Was out of the shop in less than 5 minutes with my item.

The staff members of the pharmacy at this store provide awful services. I have chronic conditions so I need to come back from time to time. Today more than twelve people are waiting at least 30-60min to queue. The trainee staff is polite, however, overworked as he was the only one working. Some elderly patients queuing more than an hour to get no supplies. Another crying lady needs emergency meds ended up with no supplies. I myself often get turned away every time I come, having to return after and queue again. Either problem with computer access, no stock, or no one available to check the meds. Not until customers are all furious with the service do the several other staff members come out to help the poor trainee. I hate having to get my meds here but I have no choice. Boots need to look into their poor staff service as the locum staff are not efficient and the regular staff are indifferent and keep turning people away. Eventually after a week of coming into the store, I got my meds finally after 45min wait. This has been happening over a year when I witnessed myself having to come to get meds. Awful!
