It's nice to have Boots here in a small town of Sevenoaks. As always it offers competing/matching prices with the rest of the around retail shops. Always have all items in stock and its kept clean and organised.

Visiting pharmacy in this branch is always a miserable experience. The pharmacist is often on break or otherwise unavailable. They are not well stocked either. Today, the pharmacist kept doing whatever she was doing, without acknowledging me while I was standing there for several minutes. Some polite acknowledgment and better communication much desired.

Good large store very clean friendly helpful staff. Recently been refurbished has a Pharmacy. Good parking and transport facilities closes by.

Staff always very pleasant and professional. Use this shop regularly. Medium sized boots with pharmacy, perfume counter and good selection of makeup.

The pharmacy is a joke can never get through to check if medicine is done and when do they say sorry the phone isn't working properly you would think after 2 years they would come up with a new excuse have spoken to customer services several times and still no improvement think its time to find somewhere else for my prescription enough is enough

Excellent service and very friendly staff, especially in the pharmacy. Been going there for years and they are like friends to me. Highly recommended and its my local one stop drug store here!
