Boots used to be a great shop. But as a visually impaired person, it's one of the worst shops to navigate around and find items.

They used to be just great, but of late, they do not answer the phone at all. What would happen if this was an emergency? They just let it ring until it cuts out. Such disappointing service and we've been with them for a long time. What is going on? They need to wise up and get back to giving the customer care they used to

My order is missing for 2 weeks. Shop manager don’t even bother to assist and other customer service assistant are just passing phone number and 1h on the phone without answer. Order worth £200 and no help at all!!!

Few staff, no one around to ask them anything. No gas permeable contact lens solutions that I needed. Hot water bottles hidden right at back of store corner and little choice. Tired, dated looking store. Impatient cashier when I couldnt get my basket to flatten its handles under the perspex screen. Not particularly enjoyable shopping experience.

Shocking customer service, shocking treatment of a young staff member. Young lad serving left to struggle after asking 3 female members of staff for help. Flat out told no. Other staff clearly did not care to help me either. Abandoned the item's I was trying to buy. Stressful I get it but you should have each others backs.
