It's Boots.
Busy when we visited. Only staff behind the dispensing area.

Had difficulty finding what we were looking for and no staff available to help.

Didn't bother waiting went to Superdrug instead.

I collect my prescribed medication from this Boots' Pharmacy department. Efficient and reliable service. Friendly staff, too.

Had a number 7 skin analysis, very impressed with the result

It's a Boots, not a lot else you can say really. The reason I've only rated it 3stars is down to the Pharmacy side. I've find our local Lloyd's to be far quicker at dispensing and their staff more approachable and friendly.

Changed Pharmacy to Boots s Lloyd's Pharmacy were unreliable. Picked up my monthly meds today only to find that when I got home half of meds missing. They were apologetic but, as I have depression it makes matters difficult for me. So disappointing. Further on, mistakes again, Staff not bothered in helping to fix problem, conveyed to Pharmacist who just went on to deny their second mistake blatantly lying to my face. Would never use again! One member of Staff in particular most unhelpful and can only reason that she may be Racist, in this day and age is totally unacceptable, very hard to raise this with Boots Head Quarters. At one point where meds had not been dispensed it tipped me over the edge and i attempted Suicide due to the service, Staff need to be more empathetic and receive training around Mental Health.
